Lynwood Partners Educational Foundation (LPEF) is launching a COVID-19 Response Fund in response to the global corona virus pandemic to meet the immediate and emerging needs of our Lynwood students and families—from basic necessities, educational tools necessary for remote learning to providing much needed social-emotional support.

LPEF is working together with the Lynwood Unified School District (LUSD) and its staff to identify students’ and families’immediate needs. We have determined that at least $100,0000 is needed to respond to the costs associated with adjusting and expanding services that students and families need at this time.

WHY THIS IS AN URGENT CALL

Over 94% of our students come from low-income households and urgently need support. We know that systemically, our poor and vulnerable will be suffering the most from the effects of this virus, as it continues to spread.
