We are pleased to announce the appointment of Elsa P. Chagolla as the new Executive Director of the Lynwood Partners Educational Foundation (LPEF). She began this role on November 12, 2019.  Elsa is a champion for youth and underserved families with over 20 years of experience working in the nonprofit, public and private sectors. Elsa most recently worked at the Glendale Educational Foundation and has worked with the LA Promise Fund,Power My Learning, and the U.S. Department of Education.

Elsa is a first generation college graduate and obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California,Berkeley and has a Master of Science in Public Policy from the University of Southern California.
